Default Happy coyotes are not yet like dingos

That say “the dingos got my baby”...seems like a thing.

Not the first time. Remember the movie, starring Meryl Streep ? Poor parents were suspected of murdering their baby, took a long time to sort that out, Dingos after all, are confirmed vegetarians.

2 kids have been bitten by coyotes in Canmore that I remember, one a skating party near lots of people, and the other on her front doorstep, and I recall one woman in Jasper had a tug-of-war with her kid and a coyote in Jasper - in her backyard.

X2. and not that long ago.

A person should leave a realistic battery powered baby 'doll' that wiggles and cries on the trail in front of a trail cam and see if the coyotes leave it alone.

"A Dingo toque ma baybee"

How does a canine get inside a campervan is my only question. Sleeping with the doors open?

Dingos are known to eat some fruits and berries but are not vegetarians. They eat rabbits, birds, lizards, rodents, etc. They are carnivores.

I'm thinking Australians need to be a little more careful with their children when camping around dingos lol

I have hunted and trapped coyotes for many years,Its not likely they would come to a plastic doll--With the high price of fur they are hvy hunted and trapped, super cautious, and in many cases nocturnal. The survivors driven by hunger, can be vicious opportunist, small dogs, cats, sheep, calfs, and no doubt children if left unguarded.
