Everyone knows a 7.6 Creedmoor would be nothing more than a 30 TC..., certainly not interchangeable with the 308.

Comparing the 7.6 Creedmoor to the 6.5 Creedmoor, I've heard guys say that it's only an improvement of 1.1 so what's the big deal?

But they are obviously not doing the math. That improvement is like 17%, which is a big deal. I can't even begin to imagine what the SD's and BC's are like. Truly, this is mind blowing stuff. What a great time to be a shooter!!

The 300 Creedmoor Magnum's will be good sellers when they come out,,, 215's and the 225 grain'ers are supposed to be fairly accurate from what I've been told...

In all seriousness though I've been doing some reading on the 300 PRC and it looks promising. Necked down 375 Ruger, been a wildcat for a few years. Case proportions are very similar to the 6.5 PRC.

I'm having a rifle built and it's a contender for sure. 300 Win Mag without the belt and designed to run 200-225 grain bullets. Hope it catches on.
