Did anyone go to chain today? Is the ice accessible or was there pooling at the shoreline?

Be careful and don't take unnecessary risks at this time of year on sketchy ice. Last year a man died through the ice on Chain.

I was there last Wednesday,, an area up the lake is wide open,,, where we were it was decent thickness but most definitely in pre-rot stage,, one week can mean a hell of a difference,,, hmmm???

I guess Ghost would be better.

Was at Chain yesterday. Ice is still good for walking on. No pooling on the sides. Only two of us fishing but not one fish over 2 hours.
