Default 2015 whitetail down and what a story!!!

Well after watching lots of deer this year and finding them in places that I have never before this fella surprised the heck out of me on Saturday!! My buddy who has a bull moos tag spotted a moose across a half section so off we go!!With the wind in our favour the sneak was on. 150 yards down the line we jumped a cow and calf that walked away slowly with the cow turning and stomping at us at 30 yards!!! That gets your attention quick lol!! We gave them some time and proceeded on!! 200 yards later a old road attaches itself to the section of land we hunt from crown land and just as we approach another cow moose walks out!! She gave us the "stink eye" and all of a sudden this bruiser whitetail is standing beside her like 2 feet away! Then the calf moose walks out then a doe then a spiker whitetail!!! talk about a cluster of animals in a very small space!! The doe started walking away followed by big boy and when he gave me the broadside shot !!! BOOM and down he went and the cow and calf bolted and the spiker came straight at us at full throttle!! This all happened in 10 seconds and I now know my heart is good!! lol Pretty proud of this deer!!20151121_113012.jpg

Think you need to get drawn for cow moose, sounds like a gimmie in that area.
Awesome deer, even better story/hunting experience. Congrats
