Default I hate these posts but I want some input!

have this guy in the same spot night after night but i have no head on shots or from back he looks like a decent 5x5 but it's hard to say what you boys think?

He is dead square side to side! I have my eye on a huge 4 he has to be atleast 22-23 inside! I might let this guy go for a couple! But I do like deer meat!

He'll be better next year. Not much mass and shorter main beam. Let 'em walk or eat 'em, your call.

I would guess he is a bit bigger than the 140ish guesses posted, but you won't know until you put him in the freezer or find his sheds. If you have your heart set on book pass him. If you want a good deer pull the trigger.

i dont think he is that old of a deer...id pass him and see if you can locate him again next year i would think with good feed he could go high 160's next year..but low 150s this year .....id pass

He looks to be mid-aged. One thing to consider, if this guy had a hard winter last year, his nutritional intake would have gone to his body first, antlers second. His antler growth in next year or two could be pleasantly surprising.

IMO, if you want to shoot big bucks, these are the deer we should be passing on. He's survived at least 4 years, just about to hit his peak growth for body and antler size.

If you want meat, shoot a yearly buck.

Sucks that you hate these posts cause I love em.
Helps you with field judging.
I always score the deer then look at what other hunters have posted to see if I am close.
Please post more if you have more.
