Default Sheep steaks

Wrap them in bacon and cook slow on the BBQ add some BBQ sauce when they're almost done.

OOHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Good deal....I've had good rack of lamb but I usually can't get by the smell of domestic sheep cooking

Get a good peppercorn sauce and do it just like a beef roast.

Make sure you use a meat thermometer and pull it out of the oven at 148 to 150 degrees.....then let it rest on the counter. If you over cook it it really ruins it for me but if you catch it right it is awesome!!!!!

Enjoy it man....I've never had big horn but if it's anything like dall you won't be sharing it with anyone!!

My wife uses a salad dressing...Kraft Sundried Tomatoes as a marinade overnight on some types/cuts of wild meat. I just bbq/grill it up from there...it does flare abit with the oil in the marinade though.

The dall meat I have had is just fine without any fixings.
