Default Big Game Hunts Antler Collection

I finally got a chance to get you folks some pics of some of the deer that we have harvested in my family . These deer were all taken locally or the Chignecto Sanctuary. I have tonnes of antlers but these are the biggest ones to date that we have harvested. The moose antlers were given to me by a guy so I am not sure where they came from and the mule deer antlers are from Manitoba. There are some big set and a few that are unusual but I hope you enjoy them ,,,,Nova scotia has some Great bucks to offer and my dad and I have been lucky enough to harvest some of them great monsters of the woods . Here we go enjoy .....

Nice, but help................all I can see is RED

Yes there are some unusual ones. MD from MB you say..........I was thinking there is no season in MB for MD.......but they are sheds......then again the only possible MD sheds don't look too much like mule deer antlers to me? Looks like everything comes off the main beam except for big forked g1's. What do you think?

I was sort of wondering too, but I think they are MD. The left side G1 is almost not forked until the tip and is very thick but I still think it is forked and the main beam just doesnt fork, a big 3. The right side sure looks typical MD to me. Also, the insignificant browtines point more towards MD in my opinion...

Also...I was once told by a Taxidermist that the bumps around the base of the antler on a WT will form lines, but on a mule deer, they are just randomly placed bumps.... Not very visible in these pics though.
