Default Lower Kananaskis lake boat launch usable?

Anyone been out there recently? Wondering if I should be bringing the boat out for the log weekend or leaving it at home? Don't want to drag it out if not needed or mad that I left it at home.

Thanks Darrell

Anybody been out to the boat launches yet? Looking to head out to either Upper or Lower if the water is high enough to use the boat launch.

Both launches are usable. I used both. Water levels are way down. Lower lake I didn't go more then 1/4 to 1/3 way down as we were seeing 2 feet on the depth finder. (In my buddy's boat) I spent most my time on the upper. This was on may long weekend.

Thanks for the report. Let's see if I can find the bulls, it has been 5 years since fishing there.

By useable what do you mean? Can I launch my 18 foot boat or is it a car topper or small boat only right now

Yes you can launch your 18 foot. Just watch the depths it changes fast on the lake. More so on the lower lake.its deep at the end of launches.
