If you want to stock a pond/dugout with trout, you will need a recreational fish culture license. If you want to run a commercial operation, you will need one of the three commercial licenses. Just click on each type of license and the link will explain what each license is good for.
I tried farming fish once... but they all died, not sure if I was planting them too close together or too deep.
