Thinking of wolf hunting in this area in the winter. After doing some reading about this, wonder if this has an impact on the wolf hunting in this area. Ive read it does and it doesn't. Not from area, but have hunted there in the past. Can anyone shed light on this.
Unless you're the luckiest person in the world, wolves are not an animal you can hunt on a trip. You better hunt close to home, follow their move, get to know where they are, because they travel a lot. Here at noon, 10 km away by 5 pm.
You can always bait them, but takes time and effort.

Hard work and determination will pay off. There are lots of them, I would recommend something other than MRE for food. It will be when your looking down the cross hairs when your ready to make your weekly deposit. When you do get one feel proud!
