Antelope results are up
Just looked at my draw results for elk to confirm dates and saw that the antelope results are up. They were drawn on 23 July 15.

Might be a good thing. I heard in much of the South Country it has been so dry if it stays that way access may be a problem this year due to the fire hazzard being extremely high.

I apologize to the op for an impending derail. All I was trying to point out to Mr. Black is maybe it was a good thing to get not awarded with their high priority as access may be a problem due to the extreme drought and fire hazzard this year.

The areas we hunted were all foot access only, got in on a large herd 6kms one way spot and stalk....almost had it blown by guys taking potshots off the road from over 2kms away!
Managed to get a decent buck, an old warrior with lots of battle wounds and no front teeth.
Get him back from Brian Dobson this week

The zone we drew took a p11...the year prior to us they drew 15 tags....the year we went there was approx 115!!!

There certainly will be more access restrictions this year due to the drought. Already hearing some areas are no go that access was fairly easy to attain.
All the best to those who were drawn, there are some really good speeders around this year.

I,ve got 3 tags for this year ..... in Wyoming.
I'm just not willing to wait until retirement age to get a couple up on the wall.

150, 151, 152. I'm looking to get out scouting hopefully next week. I have a game cart so I have no issue with walking in.
I have a map book to buy again. I can't find the one with all my contact info in it. Going to have to start over. I had a ton of names and numbers with past permission in that dam book too.
