Quick question re deer licenses

I'm on hold forever with Relm so thought I'd throw this question up here.

From the regs it's clear that if I get an antlered whitetailed deer special licence I can't get a general whitetailed tag. But can I still get the supplemental antlerless tags? The chart in the regs seems to indicate that I can. The term "supplemental" just throws me off a bit. I'd always thought they were supplemental to a general tag. Anyone with experience in this? No guesses please. I can do that myself. LOL Thanks.

I can not find a place where it is "clearly stated" and "black and white" but if you look at :RESIDENT LICENCE COSTS AND COMBINATIONS (BIG GAME)

in the regulations you can see one area where it deals with White-tail deer licences and what you can and cannot have. Then there is a separate section for Supplemental white-tail deer licence. As it is an "extra opportunity".
