I couldn't imagine being charged for killing a friend or family member.. let alone my wife for driving dangerously.

Strange. The news release I read had the similar dates as this one. Guess there were 2 deaths roughly in the same time.

Wonder why the police would lay charges in one and not another.

The guy that was charged had the accident on September 10th.

maybe you should re read my posts. I said If its the same person.. next post I said maybe there were 2 different accidents.

Still curious why one gets charged and the other doesnt but whatever.
