IMHO, Bill C-68 was a huge setback for both our democracy, and our individual rights.
While the current government is slowly addressing some of the more visible problems, (and is our best and only friend in Ottawa),
the Fire-arms Act is fatally flawed and has placed our democracy at serious risk, and this is not being rectified nearly fast enough.

It's called politics, firearms owners have the track record of taking the you first point of view, politically, and only open their wallets when the see an out come to their benefit.

Those contrary to our position are more than willing to put their money up front first, and then push hard for their POV.

Guess which philosophy gets to drive policy direction.

We are indeed our own worse enemies.

Mailed my application in the last week of May. Went fishing in Sask and it was in my mail box on 11 June. Damn near beat the check cashing.
