Pizza here for me! Wish I was a better cook.....lol I could go for some Italian tonight with home made sauce and some mushrooms and garlic thrown in and a few sun dried tomatoes!

My wife barbecued some pork loin. Mix that with some homemade buns, some musical beans,onions and spuds.

Just put a couple racks of Beef Ribs on the BBQ.

One rack has been marinated in a Mesquite sauce over night, while the other will be blessed with a selection of spices.

Low and slow - can't wait for supper in a couple hours!

My grouse meal:

Breast cut into pieces and fried in butter with a medley from the garden of new potatoes, rosemary, thyme, and sage.

After 6 days of soaking in scotch,curing and drying. After smoking for 9 hours over applewood and irish peat! German delicacy

ya I used scissors on the wings, they seemed to work alright. These were the first Grouse I have ever shot we had three plates like this. I was surprised how much meat was on the legs, defiantly worth the time.
