remember this issue back in 2012-13? People saw this one coming in the years leading up to that... and it is still a problem

on the gas side, it kinda looks like the usa will clobber our ability to sell gas if you look at the chart down near the bottom representing usa shale gas output.... Maybe we should burn it for power generation or build some petrochemical plants eh? lol

Ford, it is terrible how we have to almost give our western Canadian select oil away at such a discount to the Americans. Major problem when all the pipes flow south into US market. We need to get our oil onto tide water so can go to other markets. Thus need for both east and west coast pipelines so China and India can buy our oil. The real world oil price is Brent Crude and lately around
$65 a barrel.

maybe its some unknown closed door deal the US and canada made... but it dont make sense, that a country can shoot them-self on the foot time after time with the pipeline .
