He was referring to finding a thread that would help you with the tuning. Neil created three or four threads in regards to bow tuning that many people use over and over and if I were an administrator, they'd be sticky. It has been mentioned several times but for whatever reason, nobody has done that yet. Maybe someone less lazy than myself at this moment will comment on those threads to revive them for you.
