Well I sure hope we don't get the same blast we got last year on Nov 5th and 6th, made it impossible for move around for the deer season, rock hard drifts, heck I pushed bush for the boy's and I got stuck and needed a pull trying to get through the edge of the bush back into the field and I was walking old guys shouldn't have to work that hard trying to get the boy's a deer.

Heh, Waldew! Good thing you had help!

You’re right, those packed drifts can be brutal.

I don't enjoy cold weather, but I would enjoy plenty of snow for snowmobiling, and to increase the water levels in lakes back to normal levels.

I'm actually impressed that the media is reporting on natural weather phenom at all. Haven't read or heard about El Nino or La Nina weather patterns for years, it's always the climate crisis instead. Just wait, a few weeks from now they'll be screaming in the headlines "Man-made Climate Crisis Responsible for Cold and Snow".

Default weather

I will bow down and kiss the feet of anyone that can predict weather 6 months from now. I also will do the same to anyone that can make a significant change to Global warming in the future. When the hell did man think he had these powers.
The earth will always do what it has for the last million years.

That's why I believe the muskrat house theory and so far it's been accurate for me. For them its life and death I guess.

I have a local forecast for you and it is guaranteed to be mostly accurate...

High today, low tonight with intermittent periods of dark. Sunrise tomorrow morning.
