Hang Meat Near Edmonton

Hey Guys, I am headed for a cow moose hunt coming up here and if I am able to harvest one I plan to process it myself. With the temps not being cool enough to hang meat for long I am trying to find a somewhere to store it for a week or so. I called around to several places that offer butchering services with no luck.
Any suggestions?
