160 moose

Nephew has a bull tag in 160 and not having much luck. Some of our good hunting area has been no access this season and other areas we hunt are holding no moose due to lack of water and snow think they headed to watered area. Any help suggestions { positive one} would be appreciated... P. M. Tks
