Quite a difference in price, unless they are charging $1.20/lb for grinding, which seems pretty steep. Even COOP is only .20 cents more than costco.

My favorite is ground pork shoulder from costco - reasonable fat cut and very reasonably priced plus you have the first grind done on it, just grind your big gasme meat and then mix the 2 together for the final grind.
Can't beat it - makes great burger as well!
