Default Big Maxx Heater.

I have a big maxx heater in my garage, last winter the thing quit so I thought the control board fried, I put a new board in still no lights on the board, I have power coming in and power going up to the transformer, would this mean that the transformer is cooked?

Hope a heating guy can answer this for me.

I’ve got the older me heater one in my garage and every year or two it stops working and there’s a little rubber hose about 1/8” diameter if you pull it off and blow through it with your mouth, it works after that. Likely a pressure switch or something.

You need to get a meter and see if you got voltage going in and coming out of the transformer. If the boards not lighting up that’s the first thing to check.
