Default Bill 6 and emminent domain (?) question

Hello everyone,

Not trying to stir up anything, besides it's been about 3 months since everything calmed down about bill 6.

But it did come up in a conversation between me and a buddy of mine.
One thing I remember from the shtstorm at the end of the last year was that there was a paragraph/amendment/sub-rule/something along the lines that Bill 6 granted the government right to slam a wind turbine on anyone's land without asking the permission, with no compensation, and with no plan to remove it when the life span is over.
Can anyone who had better understanding of Bill 6 confirm it? Maybe with the references to the section/subsection and whatnot?
I did the quick search on forum here, found few threads discussing Bill 6, one or two remarks regarding wind turbines, but nothing solid to refer to. Searching outside the forum - again, found few things in that regard, mostly disproving that statement.
So, bottom line, was (is) it the case? Or am I simply perpetuating someone's bashing of the government with no ground to stand on?
