Default Spooked or not?

I was out at my stand this afternoon (public land) and a helicopter decided it would use my general area for some practice. It was dragging a 100 feet of cable with a block on the end and pause, lower until it touched the ground then. move a few hundred yards and repeat...for an hour.

So my question is, is there any point of going out tomorrow or are the deer likely spooked for a few days...Thoughts?

ATVs also don't startle animals . . . it isn't until you get off and they se a human form that they startle. This picture was taken while quadding, 2 quads and 2 riders per quad. He stayed in his bed the entire time that we admired and photographed him.

I shot a whitetail buck this morning. My buddy went back to the same field this evening and saw 5 bucks including 2 that were in the field when I shot my buck.

If that's your best spot and the wind is right, there's no reason not to go.

Also it might depend where you're hunting. In farmland country animals are very used to trucks and equipment in the field.

Heck, it was probably okay 1/2 hour after the chopper left!
