As stated on the other thread, those eastern yotes are alot bigger than there western cousins. I dont think the yotes out here are a significant threat to our moose populations.

Default coyotes

Coyotes, wolves and other predators have been killing deer and moose for about 8 million years while people have been around for maybe 1 million
years, coyotes may have first dibs. Just my opinion

A 200kg cow brought down by "a pack of just two Coyotes". Where I come from that's a pair LOL!

Could be. As far as i know coyotes pack up in winter and spring/summer they are more solitary. I think mama moose could handle a yote or two.
