Default Spot and Stalk Black Bear

This is Tyler’s third spot and stalk black bear. All taken with his 7mm-08 and the 120gr Ballistic Tip. Not bad for a recently turned 16 year old kid.

Love it. Nothing better than getting to see the excitement of a new hunter, and being your son is even better. Great job Dad. Keep it up.

Thanks everyone!

I told Tyler, the night he shot him that it felt like a bear kind of night and that we had better go. Glad we did.

Congratulations to your son and to yourself Chuck, for teaching your son how to make an experience such as this possible. Great mentorship.

Awesome job. I respect hunters that take the effort for a nice field pic. That’s part of the hunt for me. Wouldn’t expect anything less from you and your son.
Congrats!

Thanks everyone.

I agree on the pictures. Take 1000. Five will turn out and it’s worth the effort.
