Great thread, Mark. I was lucky enough to spend a couple of weeks over there in 86 and three days touring Istanbul. Some good leather goods in the bazaar. We were in the far east end and found our hosts very hospitable as it looks like you did.
Im going to have to go back through some of my other hunts and add some more pictures that i have. The journey is just as much a part of these trips as the hunt is.
