It sounded like your daughter was surprised you made the shot on your elk… lol
Love these videos, I agree about this being better than the hunting shows on tv.

Awesome Video! And very meticulous testing. “But” if that bullet wandered either a little to the side and hit a shoulder instead of entering the rib cage do you think it would have it would have been enough to bring her down?

I have always enjoyed your videos, but I think that one might be a favourite. It takes a bit of time, hard work and talent to put together a little production like that!

Hit an animal badly with a 375H&H it will take off as well.
You have to hit them properly to kill it and he did

Your videos are leagues ahead of the nonsense that passes for most hunting TV.

Don't have to suffer through some gadget shilling narcissist bro brah or 'celebrity-influencer' type.

Well done!

Thats a great video! Well done. I got a brand new trails end 30-30 last year and this info you gathered has me excited for next season. I wish I had more time to practice with open sights so I could have used it more this past season. It shoots fed blue box 170's just over moa at 100 yards, the 160 ftx grouped well over 2 moa so I stopped buying them. I do have the barnes 150's to test this summer. Your video got me excited to hunt the way my grandpa did!

Cool video and well done on putting the time into pre dialing. I am sure you had a blast with your daughter and created a great memory together. Good shooting!
