Hayseed. How was the on line experiance for your son?

Congrats to him!! Perhaps a warmup on some pigs or a pheasant hunt????

I have been trying to come up with ways that I can legaly get Willy out in the field. (My Son, 8 years) Next fall he will be hunting Turkeys in Wyoming.. Providing he can handel the 20 Guage.

Congrats Hayseed and Sprout. Well done lad, and I can't wait to see the pics of your first animal. Listen to your Dad, he knows what he's talkin' about!

Thx fellers... guys the online course suited us well. Time limited to 6 months, 75.00, was to me worth it. The course itself, I believe hasn't changed in 20+ years. We chipped away at it a little every other night and such, lots of reading, and quizzes.

Overall, it was a refresher for me, and a great course for sprout, he still amazes me with the info, and knowledge he has gained from this, time well spent. Best part of the online deal, close it like a book, redo a quizz if ya bombed it, etc etc. I know its manditory, but for a father and son to do together, its called.... passin it on down.....I'm really proud of him.... ( can ya tell??? )

Glad its over, now both of us off to deer camp with the wall tent for a week... nothin could be finer for sure......hunt hard and be safe all...

3 seasons from now my oldest can shoot. I can't wait. Of course if you look at my avatar he is already "hunting" --- or training for the Taliban navy.
