So i have a couple geese that i shot this year, i heard they make good sausage. But the thing is i only have like three of them, they are fair size birds but not sure if three well be enought to send to the butcher.
My question, should i just wait till i have a few more or send them anyways?
Also what ways do u send them to the butcher do they want them cleaned and brested or do they take the bird feathers and all.
It does make good sausage i got some done this year.but i think most meat markets like doing it i 25lb batchs thats includeing the pork added.i breast them and clean them up good and take them to the market that way.I think you might have to take in more than 3.
