Goose Sausage
So i have a couple geese that i shot this year, i heard they make good sausage. But the thing is i only have like three of them, they are fair size birds but not sure if three well be enought to send to the butcher.
My question, should i just wait till i have a few more or send them anyways?
Also what ways do u send them to the butcher do they want them cleaned and brested or do they take the bird feathers and all.
