Ruger Mini 14

Hello, I have recently purchased a Ruger Mini 14 and would like to attach a vortex strike eagle scope.

Does anyone know if there are rings that attach directly to the rifle, as I don't really want to add a rail then rings due to added height.

If it’s not a Ranch rifle, I’m pretty sure you need a rail. There are side mounts for mini’s, that still allow use of the sights.

Assuming your serial number starts with 580, 581, 582, 583 and has the scallop cuts; Ruger makes 30mm rings, part number 5K30 for high 4K30 for medium. Warne also makes 30mm ruger style rings. Not sure who in Canada has the Warne's but you can usually get the Ruger rings at Cabelas.
