Default Bismuth or ITX

I'm thinking about reloading one of these for goose season.
Bismuth is a little cheaper and looks easier to load like lead. I do have the Lyman handbook, but not the ITX book.
Does anyone have the ITX book? Do they have recipes for Win AA/HS hulls with Fed primers? or just RIO and Cheddite?
Does anyone have experience with both Bismuth and ITX?
Or should I just stick with steel?
Thanks.

Hodgdon site has Bismuth loads for Winchester AA HS hulls.
You can find Bismuth loads on the Ballistics products site - look at Load of the Week under Archived loads. BPI primarily lists loads for the Cheddite and Fiocchi hulls, and the various wads that it sells.
