Default Waterfowl out of a boat

Before i look through the regs thought id ask on here...

Are you allowed to shoot waterfowl out of a boat ona lake in Alberta?

If it's a power boat it has to be at anchor, other than that you're good to go

Lots of lakes and rivers have restrictions on them some cant be hunted by any method until after November 1

You should look in regs. Took me about 30 seconds. Page 39 covers Restricted Lakes.

In the general regulations section it says it is unlawful to:

7-have a loaded firearm (live ammunition in breech, chamber or magazine) in or on, or discharge a weapon from
•a boat unless the boat is propelled by muscular power or is at anchor and the person is hunting, or
•any kind of aircraft or vehicle whether it is moving or stationary.

Covey you should look closer i think. Nothing on Pg 39 answers my question i orginally asked.
