Werewolf ammo?

I was out at the range this morning and found a live .308 round. It is a Federal with a Nickle plated case and a Nickle plated bullet with a blue tip. Is this something new? I'm thinking it was was left behind by the police

Werewolf ammo ..... Hehe. A former AO member from here made me 2 -45 caliber bullets made from pure silver ..... Loaded them up for 45 acp and gave one as a gift. ..... But yeah. If a werewolf tries any ship with me he's in for a rude surprise ..... Lol.
