* following*

There is one that is Bacon grease based with beaver caster and Oil gland Aniseed. I would like to know any ratio? obviously trial and error

There is a good one that involves lynx parts (guts,liver etc), But you need to catch to get ahead of the lure. I would like to know any secret recipe

I am trying the Cat Pac and Pacific call from Big Sky lures from J&M furs. It is from the US but you can get in Pint jars, a little expensive.

An old lynx lure formula that has worked very well for me is made by rotting lynx livers in a jar all summer. Then take a pint of this rotted liver and add six drops of aniseed, six drops of Valerian, a small bit of powdered Catnip and six drops of lynx urine. Throw in about five tablespoons of powdered lynx droppings and one finely chopped beaver castor and mix well.

You forgot to mention a dab behind ones ear before going out on a payday Friday Night though.

Is the lure supposed to draw attention towards a set or ....

Yes, and it works very well when you get them into the general set proximity with a flasher.

Powder river cat call is the Best store bought stuff I have used.
I always get lynx coming by my marten boxes where I use Vaseline and skunk essence..
I had good luck with rotted Lynx liver then some aniseed and Valerian. Problem I found was I did not add any anti freezing stuff to it and I would have liked it to be more liquid
