Talking fish for dinner!

so was looking through the freezer and found some trout fillets from the season. so tonight we are having trout fillets marinaded in a sweet and spicy thai sauce and then broiled in the oven yummm mouth is watering just talking about it

Tomorow is cedar planked maple glazed lake trout from Cold, and fried whitefish from pigeon. Gonna be a feast, having the inlaws over!

tried cant figured it out but was very good good way to use a couple steelhead fillets
