Default FISHING around CALGARY

Igoing to Calgary for long weekend i like take my 4 y old grandth ice fishing any idea thx

Red maggots and tiny hooks above a 1oz bell sinker and bang it off the bottom. That or marmish style techniques.

chain lakes south of longview, lots of trout. Don't take a kid to ghost, that's mean.

Came on to ask a similar question, taking someone ice fishing for her first time so anywhere we should catch anything would be great, is chain our best chance? or are the burbs still going at PCR?

tourny for kids at Chain this weekend maybe if you don't catch fish at least with a ton other kids around everyone will have a good time.
