Boot insoles?
I’m in need of some new ones for a pair of Lowas and a pair Meindles...should I just go with factory replacements or are there better options out there I should consider?

You might want to try Thermacell heated insoles. Yea, I know they are costly and a pain to change out every couple of days, but I swear, my feet have Never felt better or warmer (but I am in my 60’s though).

Looking for a quality insole with support to replace the original ones that come in the boots. They are worn out and not offering the padding and support they use to.

I use superfeet in my work boots sold at Sportchek.
12 hr days and sometimes over 20,000 steps and no foot or back pain. I change them out for new ones every 6 months.

Work should cover the cost of custom made insoles. Just get a prescription from your doctor. You remember Backbones in Okotoks? See Dr. Jen, she's a chiro, and she'll map out your feet. She'll show you the different types of insoles available.

Another vote for Supperfeet, they give more arch support than OEM insoles.

Yup! Another vote for Superfeet!
I also like Montrail - the thicker (black) ones (but are discontinued so have to seek out the interweb).
As told to me buy a boot fitter, the 1st thing you should always do when purchasing backcountry footwear or a dedicated running shoe is to chuck the crappy neoprene footbed and purchase a pair of rigid ones! Your feet will thank you for it!

I use the Superfeet ones in my hockey skates and immediately my feet felt better. For work I went with some cheaper, more padded ones to help with boot break in. I bought Red Wing boots and they hurt my feet for a few days, I was working a minimum of 13 hour days at that point. I haven't swapped them out yet. They were a "cheaper 2 pack of padded gel insoles. When I'm back working again I will probably pick up a set of Superfeet for them as well.
One thing that is often overlooked is that our feet change constantly through our lifetimes. It's recommended that we change our footwear every 6-8 months. I don't know many people that can really afford this. But swapping out the insoles that often can do wonders for the rest of your body health, back, neck, shoulders, etc.

That’s what I’ll do I forgot that my benefits cover them. Must be better than any insole u can buy over the counter

These.
I used green superfeet for over a decade. I've now gone to these. I'm on my fourth pair of boots in nearly 4 years, still on the first set of insoles. More comfortable, more durable.
