Unfortunately it is what it is these days as far as some post secondary institutions. Hopefully everyone allows/teaches their kids to be critical thinkers and not buy into every new wave of indoctrination. Note to self "don't let kid apply to Ryerson".

I attended NAIT back in '68-'70 and there was none of this crap however, I suspect it has changed since then. Look at the U of A, they breed socialists by the truck load, you just have to look at any of the city, provincial and federal election results in Edmonton to see that. I'm in the late November of my life so I won't see the eventual outcome (read downfall) of all this nonsence.

Someone's gotta pay for all the free rides in this country, heaven forbid people get off their lazy rears and work for a living, this is the way I look at if the quadriplegic can get a job as a Walmart greater, no one in this country has an excuse not to work! I have all the respect in the world for people who try their hardest to make a living, and if these types have legitimate struggles ya sure I think they deserve a helping hand ie a single mother, but it seems there a lot of people who exploit the our social assistance system to squeeze out every last penny, who are fully capable of working, but are more inclined to sittin in their bean bag chair, sleeping in till noon, smoking ten fatties all the while playin Mario kart, these types I have 0 respect for, just like the losers who work 6 months just so they can go on ei, there’s lots of work out there, like my wife’s brother who just keeps going to school and hasn’t worked years, then says I can’t get the job I went to school for, I says when an employer sees you haven’t worked in years that’s gonna be a big red flag, and, I says I wouldn’t hire some flake who’s just been hangin out for the last 8 years, the guys over 40 leeching off mommy and daddy some people in this country just think they are beyond workin, which is a total crock! I hope someone has called a human rights tribunal to attend this meeting, sounds to me like one group is spreading hate about another identifiable group. Such groups have spread misinformation before, so it's reasonable to expect more of the same.
