Canadian sources for .30 Rem
I need to source out factory ammo in .30 Remington. As an alternative, I could make this ammo from 30-30 Win. but I will require dies as well. I've contacted Canadaammo and still await a reply. Do any of you guys know of a Canadian source of loaded ammo for this caliber? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thank you Hawkeye. I've not had much luck with Canadian suppliers. I do however have SAAMI specs for this cartridge. It looks as though I may grind a high speed tool to trim the rim and provide the right groove relief on tne lathe to convert 30-30 casings although they may come up 0.010" short of specs which won't be an issue.

Canadian sources for .30 Rem
I had a look on x-reload’s site, didn’t see any and they often have some odd brass
Actually had to google one tonight. The .22 Remington Jet. Thought maybe it was made from .30 rem brass

Canadian sources for .30 Rem
Are the dimensions anywhere near .303 savage?
Edit: never mind, I see the savage is slightly larger than 30-30

I would like to extend much appreciation to all of those whom have reached out to me by PM's. My search isn't for myself, but for a client. Thanks again fellows.

Now that I have my hands on some factory .30 Remington factory ammo (CIL Dominion), I would like to find a source for reloading dies for this caliber. It looks as though that I will modify 30-30 brass by trimming the rim to 0.422" and cutting the extractor groove on the lathe, no problem as I've ground a tool to cut both on the lathe in a single pass. However, I still need some dies. Have you folks any tips on Canadian sources for these dies, or perhaps you might have some for sale?

That is for dies, not brass.
