Sounds fancy!Tonight I`m making old fashioned chicken stew with baking powder biscuits and apple crisp from apples from an old tree I found while hunting.Baby Macs I think they are called. They grow wild here.

Friends came over on Sunday, whipped up some home made waffles. Fired up 6 small cast skillets for quiche. 2 large skillet brownies for dessert with home made caramel.

I've never had home made caramel, so easy and oh my goodness.

Fresh homemade willow smoked whitefish and perogies with onion and garlic butter on the side. Smoked the whitefish 2 days ago. Caught at pigeon lake on Wednesday. Cured and smoked by late Thursday. Yummy.

No pics, but 3 nights ago - or so - halibut chunks seared with lemon pepper, with Basmatti rice, and mixed vegies. 2 nights ago fresh wild turkey breast cutlets breaded and with butternut squash lasagna and broccoli salad and huckleberry pie with ice cream for desert. tonight it's wild turkey Marcella, sauteed zuccini and assorted vegies, dandelion salad.
