Hi Bear,
Try www.ibycus.com, very decent downloadable TOPO maps, for Garmin GPS.
Works very well. Really good detail.

I sent a message but it says: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
So i guess he shut his email down.

Since it's public domain according to his page, maybe you could be so kind as to put it into a cloud drive and send a link?

I ended up buying TOPO Canada v4 from GPS city a couple of years ago. Excellent map with 3D mapping. I think it was about $99 a few years back.

I got Ibycus last year, but it required downloading from a torrent. He stopped hosting the files on his server. I was new to torrents so I did it on the old desktop so I wasn't worried about viruses. Worked well for me, but would depend on your feed I suppose.

Backroads map just updated, they offered anyone that already owned a copy an updated version for $49.99. I bought the new one and sold my old copy its possible somebody has an older version for sale. Backroads is much better than Etopo.
