True North is garbage.
Centro is a great buy for your money.
Bradley are great but way too much money.

Get a digital, 6 rack if you will be using it allot.
I have a 4 rack centro and I wish it was bigger.
I am doing pepperonis right now so I better go,.

one vote for homemade smoker.

Pros:
very cheap
big as you want it
use your own wood
customize as you go

Cons
your going to put on 10 extra pounds

Heres a recent thread on here of some of the guys homemade ones.

Default Smokers

I have a Bradley original equipped with an automatic temp control. It was quite pricey but works perfect for the amt I do. There are many factors to consider such as how much you are going to use it, how much time do you want to spend looking after the smoking, controlling the temp etc. With mine I load it with the number of bisquits I need program the temp, start it and then forget it until its done, it will even shut off by itself. But to each his own. Piker
