Do you mean Stainless steel as opposed to chrome molt steel?
Lots of good brands out there, the Smith doing the work is as important as a quality barrel IMO.

Lots of good Canadian barrels available these days. I know there are others but these are ones I know of first hand and have seen good results with all.
