Default Elbow River downstream of the reservoir?

I'm looking at getting out doing something different. I've never had any luck on the Bow itself. And with it running high and murky with this last bit of rain, I was thinking the Elbow, downstream of Glenmore. Walking the banks. Is it a viable option to walk down from the bottom of the dam and head north?

I’ve electrofished from the dam down to the Bow. The upper portion had a fairly good population of smaller browns. The middle had some bigger browns and pike through the ponds around Stanley Park.

Habitat isn’t great. There is lots of non productive waters.

Explore and put in the time. I would suggest dries for the browns.
