Because some people believe that criminals should have more rights than the average person.

Not to be a Donny Downer. But I hope this scumbags gunshot wound is serious enough to kill him!

I seriously doubt anyone believes that.

He looks like a fine upstanding citizen, we just do not understand him.

Crux in the laws on both sides of the great divide is ..
"You cant punish someone who has committed no crime."
Until after the act. and someone is dead.
Then yes you can say "Yes he or she did infacto commit the crime."
To say I want to or mean to do it, is not enough evidence, there needs to
be a crime.

Law by the books.

So by the book you have to wait for the act to take place.
Someone to be killed.
Then you aquire and produce evidence.

Case closed.

Looks like someone gave that honest face a pretty good left hook. Maybe he'll get shanked in jail.

Worst part is these scumbags get a free ride on the taxpayers dime and are better looked after in jail than many people in this country looking after themselves. I wish they would bring back the gallows!

Yup. Better to have the cops knock em down than one of us. I see the one was near Bashaw which is in my area. The vehicle and property crime is just unbelievable lately in east central alberta. Nice shooting boys.
