Default WHD weir - stupid question...?

where exactly is the weir? Is that the small dam looking thing on the river between 17 avenue and memorial?

That area recently got a face lift. It makes for interesting reading.

I am leery about fishing that section and downstream to the poop-plant.

I have no idea EXACTLY where the Inglewood Bird Sanc is, how far it goes down. Or where I can and can't fish.

I just assume not fish it until I am 100% on the rules and thus never get in trouble.

KOLD Below the wier is ok.

Inglewood Bird Sanctuary (SE12-24-1-W5) – All waters, including back and side channels within the Bird Sanctuary and not including the main channel of the Bow River – CLOSED JUst dont leave the bank and wander into the park.

Another question , Is the HARVIE PASSAGE concidered a fish blocking structure and thus the 25m rule apply?

B.

Suckers in my opinion were far more common below the wier. some runs below the weir were just stupid with suckers to the point you could false hook them nymphing. will they horde up at halloween to the Zoo area when they smell the freshly layed caviar when the obstacle is removed?
