Default stretcher's

Anyone have experience using wire coyote stretcher's, and if so what did you do for the tail? Thanks in advance Peter

A board from the floor up on inside and staple or pin tail open to that.

Side note. If you plan to tan coyotes that came off a wire stretcher the sides get pretty thin on the part the wire pushes against the leather, for when your doing the breaking process u have to be extra careful. Not as bad on coyote but on fox the thin leathered ones it’s more noticeable

Tack to a muskrat board and just let it hang. Heavy enough to do the trick.
