Default NAFA tag on garments

Was in a fur shop in the upscale underground mall just off of Red Square in Moscow a few days ago and noticed a couple of Lynx coats that had the NAFA tags on them. Pricey ie 500,000 rubles or about 10K Cdn Lots of ranched mink and ranched fox garments. Lots of Russian sable too (at least I was told it was Russian). No coyote, muskrat or sheared beaver though.

Nice to hear a story from the other side of the world. I hope the USA will drop these dang sanctions on Russia, very hard on the average fur trapper. We need the sanctions gone, Russia's currency to strengthen, and oil prices to boom. We need the Russian buyers back in the game full strength, especially economically.

It is said the Russians are coming back into the market, but slowly and they need their purchased goods to be cheap.
