And in another part of the world...

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...-buy-some-guns

People Are Ready to Buy Some Guns in the World’s Murder Capital

Quote:
In the world’s most murderous country, gun control is starting to lose its appeal.

Desperate Brazilians are wondering whether they’d be better off armed, given that around 60,000 of their compatriots are killed each year. Polls show support for gun ownership gaining ground. In an election year, politicians are paying attention.

It happens here but different way.
Farmer phones police, that 5 guys are going thru his equipment, trucks and sheds and he is afraid that they may invade his house. He is afraid for his and his wife lives. Police answers, that they are busy but they will come in an hour or hour and a half. Ten minutes later farmer phones again and says You guys do not have to rush I have taken care of them. Five minutes later the farm is surrounded by police cruisers with police helicopters flying overhead.

South Africa is Zimbabwe on the way. The government has announced it plans on seizing white farmers land without compensation, gonna be more of this and as in Canada, the white guy is gonna be in the wrong. Lot of white farmers murdered in Zimbabwe, but the world didn'tgive a damn, especially the UN, which could have soundly condemned land seizures.
